Beer – BAWK BAWK BOCK

Description

The Bock is back! Lagered more than twice as long as our other beers, it’s a deep amber Bockbier with a complex malty sweetness. Brewmaster Al used a multi-step infusion mash to bring out all the goodness of the grain and a traditional German style lager yeast for a clean, sweet finish.

Named after Gerty – one of the Sniderhans’ prized hens! (And if you don’t know who the Sniderhans are… ask!)
